Gas leak causes evacuation at Lancaster County church

WILLOW STREET, Pa. (WHTM) — A church in Lancaster County skilled a gasoline leak, which induced the constructing to be evacuated on Sunday, Jan. 15.

The Grace Community Church of Willow Street skilled a gasoline leak at one of many constructing’s HVAC items situated on the roof of the constructing. According to the church, the native hearth firm, UGI, and the HVAC firm all responded to the church.

Because of the gasoline leak, the 8 a.m. congregation needed to be evacuated.

The all-clear was given round 10:45 a.m. and their 11 a.m. service was capable of proceed immediately, based on the pastor of the church.

No accidents have been reported.
