Salma Hayek isn’t afraid to try bold new looks!
The 56-year-old actress took to Instagram on Wednesday afternoon to show off her dramatic new hairstyle, and fans are loving it.
In the snap, Hayek posed outside in front of several plants, donning nothing but a fluffy white robe that was tied together in the front. The actress wore soft glam that showcased a beautiful red-orange lip color with simple eye makeup.
As for her hair, you could say it’s giving Ariana Grande high ponytail vibes! The chic look featured a slicked-back hairstyle with her long dark brown locks pulled up into a tight ponytail that came around to the front of her body and down her waist. The look was complete with one strand of hair that wrapped around the top of her head to hide the hair tie.
“Good morning!! ☀️ buenos días!! 🌞 bonjour!! 👋” she wrote in the caption.
Hayek also shouted out the masterminds behind the bold new look in the caption by tagging hairstylist Jennifer Yepez and makeup artist Sofia Schwarzkopf-Tilbury.
Yepez commented, writing, “Who else wakes up looking like this ✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨”
Matthew McConaughey‘s wife Camila also took to the comments, writing, “Stunning!!”
Hayek’s hairstylist was also a part of her glam squad for last week’s Golden Globes. The House of Gucci star took to Instagram to share a few snaps that she posed for ahead of the big event that took place at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Los Angeles, CA.
The first photo in the carousel showed her leaning against a beige wall as she donned a nude-colored gown that was adorned with crystals from head-to-toe. She also shared a video of her posing for several other snaps in her glamorous look, and a shot of her from behind as she walked down the red carpet.
“I wish I could tell you I arrived on a plane from Europe, woke up like this, and easily just slipped into a dress, but in reality, it took a beauty army of skilled soldiers to get me together for the #GoldenGlobes red carpet last night!
